Internal Communications Assistant

100% remote, English speaking position working with colleagues from Paris, Warsaw and Germany
My tasks included:
- Providing support for international and European Broadcast events (planning, video development, scheduling, etc.)
- Creating video content formats
- Video production in general – working with agencies to record, develop and edit videos.
- Project-management with different stakeholders
- Writing success stories (sourcing stories, working with stakeholders to get the info needed, approvals, etc.)
- Briefing of external agencies, translating internal needs to external agencies
